Policy
- We will provide 2 FD-258 cards with each service.
- We will re-do prints within a 45 day period with written proof from the company requesting prints.
- Clients must have a valid government issued ID.
- Payment is required to secure your appointment.
- We only provide INK prints.
- No Refunds!!
We do not mail fingerprint card for customers. It is the customers responsibilty to know the requirements of the requesting company
